This course explores the proofs of prophethood of our beloved prophet Muhammed ﷺ. It is one of the most important things for every muslim to know, not only for their own benefit but also when they are explaining Islam to non-muslims. The course will cover parts of the book “Proofs of Prophethood” by Imam Abu Nu’aym Al-Asbahani. It will answer important questions such as:

– How do we know that Allah sent us Prophets?

– What type of evidence is there to support that?

– Why is believing in prophethood is necessary consequence of believing in the oneness of the Creator?

By the end of this course you will hopefully have increased the love that you have for the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), help you follow him more closely, and understand your religion with more details and clarity.

Shaykh Dr. Ali Al-Barghouthi

He is a teacher and khateeb at both Khalid Mosque and ISNA Canada. He is also the director institute for Muslim Research and Progress.

He obtained hisPh.D. in Religious Studies from the University of Waterloo-Wilfrid Laurier Joint Ph.D. program in Religious Studies.

He is the author of Heart Therapy: Forty Hadiths in the Purification of the Soul, Jesus in the Quran, and What Muhammad Said About Jesus.
